Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to COVID-19 any shipping delays that occur on the carriers behalf are out of our control. If after your shipping confirmation there is any delay in your shipping times please be patient and understand that this is out of our control due to the pandemic. We appreciate your cooperation during these hard times and rest assured that we do our very best to ensure that everything from the moment you order, to the moment that that you receive your order, goes as smoothly as possible.

Domestic/International  Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a wide variety of shipping options within the United States. Orders from the moment they are shipped should arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Faster shipping options such as two day priority shipping are available at checkout however prices will vary and be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tekmomo Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@tekmomo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
