Returns & Refunds

We want to always make sure you are completely satisfied and that each of our products fulfills the needs it was designed for. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as there is no visible damage to the purchased product. Digital products and Bruised edition leather cases cannot be returned once purchased, all sales are final.

Returns of leather cases with any visible damage will be charged a $15 return fee otherwise return will not be accepted by any means. Case returns are free as long as they are returned in good condition.

For any international returns buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties and taxes paid on international orders cannot be refunded as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any refusal of paying duty charges or acceptance of international packages will result in a non refund of the order and shipping charges. When placing an order you are in charge or taking care of any applicable duties or taxes failure to do so will not be compensated under any means. 

Shipping costs for any purchase you make cannot be refunded or reimbursed by any means but all product costs of your original purchase amount will be refunded as soon as we receive the product. You can also exchange a product for something else of same value as long as the product is in good condition.
