Each unit is covered for one year from the day that you receive your product. If there is any issue with your charging system we will offer you a replacement free of charge. You will be sent a prepaid label to ship your existing unit back to us and once we have received and tested it for defects, we will issue you a replacement at no cost. The Executive charging system is not covered under warranty if there is any physical damage done to the product itself. No registration is required and to request a replacement all we will require is your name and order receipt.
